    Yes, our candles are eco-friendly! We use Rapseed & Coconut wax along with high-quality fragrance oils to create our delightful scents. Plus, our packaging is recyclable, so you can enjoy your candles guilt-free!

  • What size are the Pots?

    Our Pots come in a standard size of 8.7cm height x10cm width, perfect for cosying up any space with your favourite scent!

  • How long do your candles burn?

    Our candles typically burn for around 40-50 hours. With our unique wood wicks, you'll enjoy a clean and even burn every time!

  • Are candles safe to burn?

    Absolutely! Our candles are made with non-toxic ingredients and are perfectly safe to burn. Just remember to follow our candle care guidelines for the best experience.

  • What will happen if I burn my candle outside of the Pot?

    Using our candles outside of their pots may result in uneven burning, excessive smoking, or safety hazards. For the best experience, stick to burning your candle in its original Mistyque pot.

  • How should I clean my pot?

    Cleaning your pot is easy! Just soak it in hot water for a few minutes to melt any remaining wax, then wipe it clean with a paper towel or cloth. Voila, good as new for your refill! Check our 'How it works' guideline with all instruction on how to clean your Mistyque pot.

  • How many wax melts can I use?

    It depends on your preference and the size of your wax warmer. Generally, 2 wax melt provides several hours of fragrance. Experiment with different amounts to find your perfect scent intensity!

  • Can I customize my candle order?

    While we don't offer custom orders at the moment, we're always open to hearing your ideas! Let us know what you'd like to see, and we'll do our best to make it happen.

    Currently, we ship to all locations within the UK and EU.

  • How much is shipping?

    For UK Standard shipping (Royal Mail), the cost is £4.50. You’ll receive tracking information for all orders so you can keep an eye on your delivery.

  • How long will my product take to be dispatched?

    We aim to dispatch all products within 2-4 working days. During busier periods, this timeframe may increase slightly, but we'll always keep you informed.
